The advisor for the grades 3 & 4 group and grades 5 & 6 group is expected to plan and implement 5 events per group over the course of the year. The advisor for the grades 7 & 8 group will plan and implement one event per month and oversee the creation of a youth board. The high school group advisor is expected to oversee the youth board, plan and implement events with the youth, and foster participation in the regional youth group.
